3 meat options most popular: Steak, Chicken, Al Pastor • Chips, corn and flour tortillas • Rice, beans • Fajita vegetables • Quesadilla platter • Lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, cilantro, onions limes • Cheese dip, guacamole • Churros

Set up, service, and breakdown up to 3.5 hours total; if additional time is needed a fee of $50/hr will be invoiced • All leftovers are left behind in disposable pans at the end of the event • Does Not include Plates, forks, knives, or napkins, or cups

Drinks are available upon request 5 gallons at the time for each category (we do not sell less than 5 gallons of one item for deluxe caterings, they have to be or dered in 5 gallon quantities) • Sweet, unsweet tea, or lemonade Each 5 gallons is $45

Fruit bar is additional $120

We use the harder premium plastic ones • If you wish to add plates, cutlery and napkins they are available upon request for $2 per person • Plastic cups are $0.35 each

Minimum for delivery is 15 people • Delivery and set up upon availability is charged at $2.75 PER MILE • MINIMUM $30 • This includes delivery; unload and setup inside at the place of the event

We offer sweet tea, unsweet tea or lemonade at $8/ per gallon

Ask if they would like for us to include plates and napkins and plasticware? $0.50 for foam plates, napkins etc • Wire racks, water pan and chafing candle set up additional $60

Our taco truck is available for private event catering with a $2,500 minimum food credit and a $250 travel fee. Choose from a menu featuring quesadillas, burritos, nachos, tacos, and Jarritos drinks.
